3．投标人资格要求
3.1投标人应具备的资格：投标人必须是制造商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。投标产品制造商必须通过ISO9001或对等质量体系认证，并提供相应的证书复印件。投标产品制造厂商制造投标产品生产应有5年以上经验，有不少于120000锭的供货业绩，提供用户清单。用户清单包括以下内容：用户名、型号），售后服务好，无用户投诉。
